Levi finished, both 2005 and 2006, in second place on the FBA Pro Tour. The FBA Pro Tour consists of multiple events around the world. The main events include Legends of Bartending in Las Vegas, The Big Apple Showdown In New York City, Flairco Cup in Toronto, Nations International Flair Challenge in Las Vegas, Roadhouse World Flair Finals in London, and Quest World Finals in Orlando Florida.

Levi is originally from Sellersburg Indiana. Levi learned flair bartending from his mentor, Ian Hall, in 2001 while in Indiana. After four years of bartending in area bars in Indiana and Louisville Kentucky, Levi moved to Tampa Florida to work at the Hard Rock Casino. Working at The Hard Rock Casino was a great experience for Levi as he worked with many of the worlds top flair bartenders including Rodrigo Delpech, the two- time FBA Pro Tour Champion. After working at The Hard Rock Tampa for a year and a half it was time to move on to a new experience, so Levi decided to leave and open the newest casino in Biloxi Mississippi, The Hard Rock Casino Biloxi. Mother Nature decided this wasn't a good move for Levi. Hurricane Katrina ravaged the area including destroying the newly built casino. Levi returned to Indiana and took a break from work and decided to focus his time on competing. Levi finished in fifth place at Quest that October and took home some much deserved respect along with a handful of trophies. This was the turning point in Levi's competitive career.

Levi then received a job offer from Harrah's Casino in Kansas City Missouri. He moved to open the VooDoo Lounge and began working at Harrah's in December of 2006. 2006 was a year of new experiences for Levi and turned in some great performances in many events including Legends of Bartending, The Big Apple Showdown,, Flairco Cup, Roadhouse and Nations International Flair Challenge. Levi's second place finish at Nations was the best finish by an American in the FBA Pro Tours' two year history. Levi continues to work at Harrah's North Kansas City at both the Twist Bar and the VooDoo Lounge. (www.voodookc.com)
